General Information
Skynett Langames is a community gaming event held in Ruokolahti, where players gather under one roof to enjoy a weekend of gaming, tournaments, and good company.
The event brings together like-minded young people (ages 12–25) interested in gaming, technology, and having fun, although participants of all ages are welcome. Attendees bring their own computers or gaming consoles. While the activities may resemble playing at home, the atmosphere and fun are multiplied when hundreds of like-minded people are in the same space. The event usually lasts 2–4 days nonstop, offering a great opportunity to meet online friends in person.
Skynett Langames is suitable for all ages, though we recommend that participants under 13 attend with parents or friends of parents.
At the event, you can:
- Compete and play on your own computer or console
- Meet online friends you rarely see
- Experience a completely new level of atmosphere and fun as everyone plays and enjoys themselves together
